A useful way to estimate your needs
If you expect 100 ordinary billable calls averaging four minutes, plan for 400 voice minutes. If you also expect 50 AI answering calls averaging three minutes, plan separately for 150 AI minutes. These are workload examples, not a combined quote or a promise of billing precision. Ask how your configured call flow is charged before choosing packages.
What happens when an allowance runs out?
Check the balance for the service you are using and arrange approved capacity before it is exhausted. Do not assume automatic overage, unlimited usage or uninterrupted answering. A recording allowance can be exhausted while voice minutes remain. Confirm additional usage, renewal and fallback arrangements with the team.
Published prices do not establish your final total for every configuration. Your quote confirms applicable fees, number assignment, account deadline and any team or additional usage requirements. Do not add the starting prices together and assume they reserve two numbers or activate every feature.
