All users complete identity onboarding. We retain submitted legal name, contact details, address, country and intended business use, together with the exact responsibility acknowledgment, policy version, acceptance time, IP address and browser information. Optional business contact details are retained when provided. These records support account review, security and lawful requests from authorized authorities. Authorized Kandrex administrators can review them. Account data is retained while needed for service, security, disputes and applicable legal obligations; contact contact@kandrex.com about access, correction or deletion requests.
