Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities when using Kandrex services, including external calling and SMS, and internal Kandrex-to-Kandrex communication. Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, termination of your account, or other actions permitted by law.
2. Prohibited Activities

Using the Service to facilitate illegal activity, including scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under applicable law.

Sanctions & High-Risk Use
Using the Service to distribute malicious software, engage in child exploitation, evade sanctions, or participate in any activity prohibited under applicable law.
Misuse of Internal Communication
Using Kandrex-to-Kandrex extensions to route or disguise external, customer-facing traffic as internal traffic in order to avoid applicable per-minute or per-message charges.
3. Third-Party Verification
Some third-party services may restrict or refuse virtual phone numbers for account verification. Kandrex does not guarantee compatibility with any specific website, service, or platform. Compatibility depends on the policies of each third-party service and may change without notice.
4. Enforcement
We may monitor usage patterns and investigate potential violations of this Policy. Penalties may include warnings, service suspension, or permanent termination of the account. Where required by law, we may cooperate with telecommunications providers, payment processors, and law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
5. Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us to request a review. We will evaluate appeals on a case-by-case basis and respond with our findings.
