Account Registration You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Service Description Kandrex provides cloud-based business phone numbers, voice calling, SMS/MMS messaging, and related communication services through telecommunications providers and other supported carriers, along with Kandrex-to-Kandrex internal communication between a customer's own users. Subscription & Billing New public packages are quoted for a 30-day service period beginning on the activation date confirmed in writing. Existing accounts retain their current billing schedule and rollover agreement unless a migration is confirmed. The written quote and account deadline govern payment, renewal and expiry. Unused package minutes do not roll over unless agreed in writing. The number and package share one renewal deadline, with a $4 number component in the confirmed total. Expiry pauses paid service and retains the assigned number for renewal. Account closure moves the number to secured unassigned inventory; it does not automatically delete the carrier number. Business and dispatch bundles include only the number quantity stated. The included number quantity is stated on each plan. Ordinary voice for AI calls, additional numbers, SMS registration, applicable taxes and carrier fees are separate unless explicitly included in the quote. Voice, AI, SMS and recording charges and allowances are confirmed in the written quote. Recording is an optional prepaid add-on at $0.002 per recorded minute and requires activation plus any necessary participant consent. Confirm billing increments, charges and the renewal deadline before payment. Public calculators are estimates and do not charge or activate services. Phone Numbers While your subscription remains active and the number remains available through our telecommunications providers, you are granted the right to use the assigned phone number. Kandrex-to-Kandrex Kandrex-to-Kandrex is an optional add-on, billed per user, that provides unlimited calling, SMS, and MMS between a customer's own Kandrex extensions. It does not include or replace an external phone number. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service for spam, robocalling, phishing, spoofing, harassment, fraud, illegal activity, malware distribution, OTP abuse, verification abuse, or any activity that violates carrier policies, applicable telecommunications laws, or our Acceptable Use Policy. SMS sent through the Service must follow our SMS Opt-In & Opt-Out Policy. Suspension & Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, violate carrier policies or applicable laws, or exceed reasonable usage limits as determined by our Fair Use Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service interruptions, third-party provider failures, unauthorized access to your account, or loss of data.
