# Refund Policy

## 1. General Policy

 Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been provisioned. This includes the assignment of a phone number, activation of calling and SMS capabilities, and activation of Kandrex-to-Kandrex for a given user.

## 2. Duplicate Charges

 If you are charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error, contact us immediately. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

## 3. Service Interruptions

 If the Service experiences a significant interruption caused by our platform, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period. Voice calling, SMS/MMS messaging, and phone number services rely on third-party telecommunications providers. We are not responsible for outages, delivery failures, or restrictions caused by external carriers. This includes interruptions affecting internal Kandrex-to-Kandrex communication.

## 4. Cancellation

 You may cancel future renewals — including per-user Kandrex-to-Kandrex seats — at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your service remains active until the end of the paid period.

## 5. Fraud and Abuse

 Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to fraud, spam, abuse, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy — including routing external traffic through Kandrex-to-Kandrex extensions to avoid applicable charges.

## 6. Refund Requests

 Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

## 7. Chargebacks

 If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation.

## 8. Legal Rights

 This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
