# Fund an OTP wallet with a verified payment.

 OTP wallets hold money rather than a fixed number of universal credits. Every activation uses its own admin-approved price. Payment methods depend on the account country selected at signup, and a pending deposit cannot be spent.

## Pakistan: SadaPay and receipt review

 Pakistan accounts use PKR. The current local instructions name SadaPay account 03244294774, account holder Sufyan Rasheed. Confirm the instructions inside your signed-in wallet before paying; the administrator can update them. The minimum local deposit is PKR 500. Submit the amount, transaction reference and a clear screenshot through the authenticated wallet page. Do not include unrelated account information, passwords or verification codes in the receipt.

## A screenshot is evidence, not a balance credit

 Submitted payment screenshots are validated, re-encoded, encrypted and stored privately for authorized admin review. They are not public attachments. Duplicate references and identical submitted screenshots cannot create another deposit credit. The administrator must verify receipt independently before approving the request. The review indicator means the request is pending, not that the bank confirmed payment or that money is available to spend.

## Balance buys services at their individual prices

 For example, a PKR 500 available balance covers three PKR 150 activations and leaves PKR 50. This illustrates wallet arithmetic, not a published price for any particular service. A different service may cost more or less, so there is no universal promise of one activation per deposit. The dashboard distinguishes paid, promotional and reserved balances. Any promotional conditions shown in the wallet are separate from the amount you deposited.

## Other countries: USD wallet and crypto route

 Other supported account countries use USD. SadaPay instructions and local receipt submissions are not offered for these wallets. The crypto integration supports individual customer addresses for USDT on BNB Smart Chain when receiving is enabled; its minimum supported deposit is 5 USDT. Receiving is currently disabled pending a real deposit test. Do not transfer money to an address obtained from an unrelated screenshot or assume another asset or network is supported.

## Check the service is ready before depositing

 Signup, payment submission and supplier activation have independent readiness checks. Purchases currently remain gated while the supplier account is unfunded. Review the workspace status before sending a deposit. Once funds are approved, confirm each order deliberately: its price is reserved before the single allocation attempt, and reserved money is excluded from the available balance. Disputed payment or order outcomes should be raised through support using the request or order ID.
