# Use temporary SMS numbers only for authorized activity.

 Temporary SMS activation is a limited service, not a way to obtain permanent number ownership or permission to bypass another platform’s rules. Use Kandrex OTP only for lawful activity and accounts you are authorized to access.

## Prohibited activity

 Fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized account access and evasion of platform restrictions are prohibited. Do not request codes for another person’s account, interfere with someone else’s recovery process, or use a temporary number to misrepresent a business or identity. An available number or a delivered code does not grant ownership of an unrelated account or remove the destination platform’s terms. Kandrex may suspend access and investigate abuse.

## Temporary numbers have lasting limitations

 A temporary number may have been used previously and may be reassigned after the activation. You should not depend on continued access for password resets, future sign-in challenges or ownership disputes. Avoid banking, emergency services and accounts that require permanent control of a telephone number. If a service requires ongoing ownership, choose an appropriate long-term number rather than treating one activation as permanent access.

## Protect the account and verification code

 Choose a strong password and use only the official OTP workspace. Email signup requires verification; Google identities are checked by the server. Authenticator setup is not required in the current workflow. Do not share your password, Google sign-in token or SMS code through support messages. Code access is limited to the account that owns the order, and the sensitive code is removed after its display deadline.

## Administrative controls and records

 Customer signup does not grant administration privileges. Payment approval, selling prices, suspensions and exceptional refunds require an authorized administrator. The owner portal also verifies the main Kandrex owner account before entry. Essential order, payment and audit records support reconciliation and investigations. A payment screenshot is private evidence, and it cannot independently create spendable balance or authorize an activation.

## Report a problem with the relevant record

 Use dashboard Support to report an order, payment discrepancy or suspected abuse. Include the order or payment request ID and a concise description; avoid unrelated sensitive information. Administrators can review the recorded supplier outcome and account status. These controls describe implemented behavior; they are not a claim of regulator certification, STIR/SHAKEN deployment or membership in an industry traceback organization.
